First Day Feelings

On our first day of school we read School's First Day of School by Adam Rex. School was a little bit nervous about school, wondering if the kids would like school, if they would be nice, and if they would take care of him. The 1D Kids talked about their first day of school feelings, and they found they had some connections with School. The students drew pictures of a school and they shared their first day feelings. Look for the bulletin board across from the 1D classroom to see school illustrations by the 1D students.
